The Founder
Dr. Steven Baker, DC is a chiropractor, speaker, and leader known for helping people restore their health when everything else has failed. With over 15 years in practice, he has cared for 6,000+ patients and delivered more than 250,000 adjustments, building one of the most sought-after chiropractic offices in Idaho.
Dr. Baker specializes in the “hard-to-fix” cases—people who have not found answers through traditional healthcare or even other chiropractic offices. His approach focuses on identifying and correcting the root cause of dysfunction within the nervous system, allowing the body to heal and function at its highest potential.

I cant believe how chiropractic care has changed my life in so many ways. I’m so happy to be able to come home after a long day at work, and still have time to play with my 6 month old, clean the house, make dinner and spend time with my husband. PreHab holds classes and educates the entire family on how to make life changes, getting rid of toxins, exercising, prevention and new ways to help your body heal.
